NEW DELHI: Indian digital firm BPL Group founder T P Gopalan Nambiar handed away on Thursday, in response to household sources. Prime Narendra Modi condoled his dying calling him “a pioneering innovator and industrialist.”
“Shri TPG Nambiar Ji was a pioneering innovator and industrialist, who was a robust votary of creating India economically robust. Pained by his passing away. Condolences to his household and admirers,” he stated in a publish on X.
“Saddened by the passing of Shri TPG Nambiar, founding father of the enduring BPL model, who has been an in depth acquaintance for a very long time. Shri Nambiar’s monumental contributions and legacy will at all times be remembered. My heartfelt condolences to his family members,” stated former chief minister B S Yediyurappa.
Generally known as TPG, he was the father-in-law of BJP chief and former Union minister Rajeev Chandrasekhar.
