Brisbane has landed a serious morale booster forward of its AFL preliminary remaining showdown with Geelong.
Lions skipper Harris Andrews on Thursday introduced a four-year contract extension which sees him tied to the Queensland membership till the tip of 2029.
His long-term dedication is a giant win for the Lions as they appear to deal with the Cats on the MCG on Saturday.

The MCG is the scene of heartbreak for the membership, after letting final 12 months’s grand remaining slip when blowing a late lead towards Collingwood.
Andrews, the inspirational two-time All Australian key defender, can have a serious position to play on Saturday in an effort to get his aspect to a different premiership decider.
