JAMMU, Sept 14: Indian Accommodations Firm Restricted (IHCL), operator of the long-lasting Taj Accommodations, has launched “The Sushi Pageant” at Vivanta Jammu Metropolis Centre, marking its first resort in Jammu.
The competition is being hosted at Mynt, the resort’s multi-cuisine restaurant, from September 14 to 29, 2024.
Recognized for its various choices, Mynt is ready to change into a Sushi lovers’ haven, providing a fusion of conventional and fashionable Sushi and Maki rolls.
The menu has been crafted to cater to each seasoned Sushi fans and newcomers, utilizing high-quality components and highlighting the intricate artwork of Japanese delicacies.
Chef Sudhin Gaikwad, Govt Chef at Vivanta Jammu and former chef at Wasabi by Morimoto, Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai, mentioned the dishes are designed to showcase the nice artwork of sushi-making whereas introducing refined, distinctive flavors.
The competition will run every day from 7 Pm to 11 Pm at Mynt.
