This was knowledgeable by the Convener of the ten autonomous district councils (ADCs) from the North East and KHADC chief, Pyniaid Sing Syiem, after a gathering held with the Adviser to the Ministry of Dwelling Affairs (MHA), AK Mishra, in Delhi on Saturday.
