Mushtaq Ahmed Shah Bukhari, a former minister and BJP candidate from Surankote, died on Wednesday after collapsing at his residence in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir. He was 75 years previous and is survived by his spouse, two daughters and a son.
Bukhari had been unwell for a while and suffered a coronary heart assault at 7 a.m., get together leaders mentioned. Bukhari, a two-time MLA from Surankote, joined the BJP in February after the Heart granted Scheduled Tribe standing to hill communities, of which he was a member and was fielded because the BJP candidate in Surankote within the ongoing Meeting elections on September 25, the place the elections had been held within the districts.

Jammu and Kashmir BJP president Ravinder Raina and leaders of different political events expressed grief. Raina described Bukhari as a “chief of the folks” and mentioned his dying “left a void that could be very tough to fill”.
Omar Abdullah mourns dying of BJP chief
Jammu and Kashmir Nationwide Meeting Vice President Omar Abdullah condoled the dying of senior BJP chief Mushtaq Bukhari this morning. In a shifting assertion, Abdullah acknowledged Bukhari’s help for his get together and the Pahadis, a transfer he supported.
“Very sorry to listen to in regards to the dying of senior BJP chief Mushtaq Bukhari earlier at this time. His dying is a loss to his get together & the Pahadi folks whose trigger he pleaded. Could Allah grant him place in Jannat. My condolences to his household,” Omar wrote on social media.
