Mysuru: With the Dasara elephants tenting in metropolis for the grand Nada Habba celebrations subsequent month, the District AYUSH Division has began giving Panchakarma Ayurveda remedy to the Mahouts, Kavadis and their assistants, as a well being measure.

The camp is functioning beneath the steering of District AYUSH Officer Dr. Pushpa, school Dr. Suresh, Dr. S.M. Veda, Dr. Roopashri, Dr. Raghavendra Achar, Dr. Kumar, Dr. Rekha, Dr. Shwetha and others.
District AYUSH Officer Dr. Pushpa stated that every single day, a health care provider from AYUSH Division will go to the camp and provides Ayurvedic therapies.
She stated that aside from Ayurveda medical doctors, a feminine and a male Physio therapist will help the workforce. The elephant care-takers might be given Ayurvedic medicines, ache aid oil and many others., free of charge if prescribed, she added.
