Dibrugarh, Oct 28: Native public of Bogibeel space in Dibrugarh thrashed 5 cattle lifters and later handed them over to Bogibeel police on Sunday night time.
The cattle lifters have been recognized as Vicky Hussain, Rahul Rai, Saiful Islam, Latu Das, and Kiran Das.
